Introduction

Hello,

My name is David and I find myself in a tough situation.

I adore our Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. But I find myself living in a Country where these cornerstones of our Republic are being rapidly chipped to dust.

It is not just the invasions of our civil rights, undertaken in the cause of protection against terrorism. Although this is perhaps one of the most Orwellian things to come from our Government. The definition of doublethink is "the power of holding two contradictory beliefs in one's mind simultaneously, and accepting both of them..." What could be more contradictory than restricting civil liberties in order to protect "democracy."

My dilemma runs deeper. It goes to the root of who runs our Government. And as I am increasingly finding out, this is not We The People. Certainly the corporations have a hand in the uppermost decision making. But a few particular industries exert the most control. The bankers and the weapon makers.

The bankers determine how much we pay for our car, how much we pay for our home and whether or not we have a job. They do this through their privately owned institution known as the Federal Reserve. Congress alone was given the power to issue money and they ceded this power to the banks in the 1913 Federal Reserve Act. The bankers also benefit from our illegal personal income tax. 100% of personal income taxes paid go to service our national debt or evaporate through fraud. And who loans money to the Government? The Federal Reserve.

The weapon makers earn huge contracts through sheer graft. They stick it to us again when they deliver their shiny bombs at huge cost overruns. And then a few years later they tell us our bombs are obsolete and we must start over. America could kill every man on earth a thousand times over. Our total destructive power is greater than every other nation combined. So is our military spending. Yet we continue building bombs.

The time has come to take back our Government from the corporations, most notably the bankers and the weapon makers. The Capitol, our Congress and our currency must be returned to the People.

I call this process the Second American Revolution. It is imperative that you participate. Our very freedoms are at stake.

"The Party could not be overthrown from within...But the proles, if only they could somehow become conscious of their own strength, would have no reason to conspire. They needed only to rise up and shake themselves like a horse shaking off flies. If they chose, they could blow the Party to pieces tomorrow morning." -George Orwell, "1984"
